We are pleased to announce that the Accreditation program has transitioned away from the PDF-based application submission process to a modern, fully online system. There is no longer a need to download application documents. Our new platform is completely online, allowing you to save your progress as you go, making it easier to collaborate with colleagues and complete your application at your own pace. Please note: all questions, essays, and required attachments remain the same as those in the previous PDF application. The content and requirements have not changed—only the submission process is new.

Once your request is submitted, (within two business days) you will receive two emails: one confirming receipt of your request and another providing a link to the submission portal.
